HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDERS? CAN I TRACK THE PACKAGE?
Account holders can check multiple orders by simply signing into their accounts. Once you have signed into your account, click on the Order Tab. When viewing your order status, you’ll be able to see which items have already shipped and which are in process. If your order has been handed to the courier service, you will be provided with a reference number that you can use to track your order.
Customers who chose not to create an account must contact us to inquire about their order status. If your order has been handed to the courier service, you will also be provided with a reference number that you can use to track your order.
It’s easy to return an item if you’re not satisfied. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, UnionPay, and Discover), Paypal, GCash, GrabPay, and Cash-On-Delivery (only for coverable areas)
We also accept purchase orders from companies and organizations that have established a purchase order account with Amazing Facts P.
We ship our products anywhere in Philippines. Your order can be shipped Door-To-Door or for pickup at the nearest LBC Branch. See our complete Shipping Policy.
CANCELING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER
Once your order has been accepted and scheduled to ship it cannot be canceled. If you have just placed your order online and want to cancel it, please call us immediately.
Once an order has been completed and an order confirmation has been provided, the order cannot be modified. If you want to add the product to an order you may place a new order. New orders will incur additional shipping charges.
If You Ordered by Phone
If you placed your order by phone with a Customer Service representative, it will not appear on the Order History page. To have us adjust your order, please call us immediately.
If You Do Not Have an Account
If you would like to modify or cancel your order and you do not have an account, please call us immediately.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
Sometimes items in your order may fall out of stock while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay. We will contact you before proceeding to process your order.
